FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive damaged or malfunctioning products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please first contact the manufacturer—they may resolve the issue without a return. If a return is required, include the manufacturer’s call reference number, a test report, and/or a detailed description of the issue. For guidance, please email us at sales@senortechsolutions.com.
- A complete description of the fault is required; terms like “it does not work,” “faulty,” or “DOA” are insufficient.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee applies unless items are returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. This fee may be increased to reflect actual loss. If returned items are confirmed to be in perfect condition, the restocking fee will still apply, and the exact percentage will be communicated after inspection based on labor, packaging, and contents condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returned items will be examined and tested by our team. Once the issue is confirmed, we will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the product at no additional cost. The decision to repair or replace is at our discretion.
SenorTech Solutions may reject returned items not in their original condition. If accepted, a restocking/handling fee may be applied, or in some cases, a higher fee depending on the condition of the returned goods.
Please ensure the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number is clearly displayed on the exterior label. Only hardware and software issues are covered under warranty.
Wrong Item Delivered
If the delivered items do not match your order, notify us within 24 hours by emailing sales@senortechsolutions.com
and submitting a written notification through our Contact Us page or your designated account manager. Prompt notification helps us resolve quantity errors, wrong items, or other discrepancies quickly.
