Estimated Arrival Time
The delivery of your order consists of two parts:
- Processing Time: Gathering and packaging items. In-stock products are usually dispatched the next day. Products stored in different locations may require 3–5 working days, and items shipped directly from manufacturers may take 4–6 days to generate tracking numbers.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated arrival depends on the carrier and destination. Unforeseen delays such as weather or carrier issues may affect delivery, but we keep you updated throughout.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During festive seasons and peak periods, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier limitations. Orders can typically be expected within 3–7 working days, depending on the shipping provider. Our team is available year-round to answer any questions about your order status.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking and optional insurance. Customers receive email notifications with tracking details, allowing them to monitor their shipment easily and securely.
Free Shipping
Orders over $5,000 may be eligible for free shipping, at the discretion of SenorTech Solutions. Eligibility is assessed based on order weight, size, and destination.
Unclaimed Shipments or Incorrect Addresses
Unclaimed packages are subject to shipping fees based on the original order cost. If a shipment needs to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us promptly to confirm your shipping details.
Special Orders & Bulk Shipments
